FAQ
Will the free tier stay free?
Yes. Everything that works today will keep working at $0 — including new features that are clearly part of the core wedge (planning, suggesting, exporting). Paid features are additions, not retractions.
Why a paid tier at all?
AI features cost real money per request. We'd rather charge a fair amount to riders who use them than ad-monetize the whole product or sell your data. Throttle products are ad-free, your trips are yours.
Refunds?
When Pro launches, monthly is no-questions-asked refundable in the first 14 days. Annual is pro-rated. Just email support@throttlerides.com.
