Plan one ride free.
Pro for riders who plan more.

Throttle's whole product works on Free — the AI, the smart stops, the multi-day trips, the sharing, the sync. Free caps at one saved trip. Pro lifts the cap and adds the quick round-trip generator. That's the entire difference.

In both tiers

Nothing fun is behind the paywall.

Most route planners hide the AI, the curvy routing, or the multi-day stuff behind a subscription. We don't. If we wouldn't pay for it ourselves, we don't sell it. Here's what works on the Free tier, today:

Curvy route planning

Four curviness profiles — Fast / Balanced / Backroads / Twisties. Custom GraphHopper engine. The whole point of the app.

Smart-suggest stops

Gas, food, scenic, rest — placed at the right miles based on your tank, the time of day, and what you've already eaten.

Type a sentence, plan a ride

"3 hours from Half Moon Bay, twisties, lunch, back by 6." Throttle pulls the times, curviness, and stops from the words.

Why-this-stop narration

One short line on each suggested stop explaining why it landed there. Not marketing copy — actual rider context.

Multi-day trips with overnight picks

Long ride? Throttle splits it across days and picks overnight stops that fit the route, not the highway.

Gas + food warnings on every leg

Going to run out of gas before the next stop? You'll see it before you ride, not after.

Verified Google Maps handoff

We check Google's routing against ours before you tap Ride. If it diverges (wrong store, wrong town), you're warned.

Trip sharing

Every trip gets a short URL. Send it to your riding buddies. They open the same plan on their device. No sign-up to view.

Sync across web, iOS, Android

Plan on desktop, ride on phone. Everything you save is on every device you sign into.

Personalization that learns

Throttle gets better at picking stops you'll like — drops the chains you skip, boosts the kinds of places you accept.

What Pro adds

Two things. That's the whole list.

We thought about gating the AI, the multi-day planner, the narration. We decided against it. The Free user who gets all that and feels respected becomes the Pro user the year they outgrow one saved trip.

+

Unlimited saved trips

Free saves one. Pro saves as many as you want — every weekend's ride, every annual loop, every "I want to come back to this."

+

Quick round-trip generator

Type one address, pick a duration, hit Generate. Throttle assembles a curvy round trip — no waypoint juggling, no return-trip planning. For the days you just want OUT.

Pricing FAQ

The questions you'd actually ask.

Will the price go up?

If we ever change pricing for existing subscribers, we'd send at least 30 days' written notice before your next renewal — you'd see it coming and could cancel if it didn't work for you. Lock in today's $39.99 by starting now.

What happens if I cancel?

Pro features turn off at the end of your billing period — your account doesn't disappear. Saved trips stay; you just can't add new ones past the 1-trip cap until you renew. You keep access to everything Free offers.

Refunds?

The 7-day trial is the refund. Cancel before day 8 and you're not charged at all. After that, we don't generally issue mid-period refunds — but if something's genuinely broken on our end, email hello@throttlerides.com and we'll make it right.

Can I share Pro with my riding partner?

Pro is per-account. You can share trip links with your riding buddies — they'll need their own Throttle account (Free is fine) to open and ride them. Their own Pro is only needed if they want to save more than one trip themselves.

How do you handle payment?

Stripe processes the card. We don't store full card numbers. Cancel from your account page (web), Apple Subscriptions (iOS), or Google Play Subscriptions (Android), depending on where you signed up.

Is there a teams / club plan?

Not today. If you run a motorcycle club or shop and want something for your members, email hello@throttlerides.com and we'll figure it out together.

Try it without a card.
Pay only if you want more.
